property, obtain bids and oversee upkeep and necessary improvements.
- Employee Relations - New hire,
facilitate benefits, training, monthly manager meetings, assigned property manager,
process payroll.
- Maintenance - Oversee cleaning of common
areas, grounds and general maintenance.
- Owner/Association Relations - Clearly
